HeplerBroom, LLC is a prominent litigation firm with a strong reputation for excellence and integrity. We are expanding our presence in the greater Dallas - Ft. Worth Metroplex area and seeking a seasoned attorney to join our dynamic team. Hybrid work opportunities available.

We are looking for an experienced attorney with at least 4 - 7 years of litigation experience in general liability, including construction liability and premises liability. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling complex cases from inception through trial or resolution, and a strong commitment to client service and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseload of general liability and premises liability matters
Conduct thorough research, analysis, and interpretation of legal sources such as statutes, regulations, ordinances, court decisions, and legal opinions
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategies
Maintain excellent client communication and service

This position requires:

Good standing with the Texas bar
Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
Minimum of 4 years of relevant litigation experience
Strong oral advocacy skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team across offices and practice areas
Commitment to professional excellence and ethical practice
