Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research, drafting, negotiation, and litigation.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Assist in case management and strategy development.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
- Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as needed.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to provide comprehensive legal representation to clients.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar California in good standing.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Prior litigation experience preferred but not required.
