The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our growing team. This position is open to recent law school graduates and experienced attorneys alike who are eager to work in a corroborative office, with other attorneys who support you, work directly with clients, get experience in court and to develop meaningful expertise in landlord-tenant law. You will have the opportunity to manage your own cases, represent clients directly in court, and build lasting relationships with a loyal client base - all within a firm that genuinely invests in your success.

What Winning Looks Like
As an Associate Attorney at Zona Law Group, you will:

Represent property owners and managers in court proceedings, including eviction hearings, fair housing matters, and security deposit litigation.
Draft legal notices, demand letters, motions, and other correspondence with precision and professionalism.
Advise and counsel clients on landlord-tenant matters before they escalate to litigation.
Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, keeping them informed and confident throughout their matters.
Collaborate with the legal team to ensure every client receives exceptional, timely service.
Manage a caseload independently while contributing to the team's collective success.

What we are looking for:

Active Arizona State Bar license (required).
A genuine commitment to client-centered service — you put the client's best interests first, always.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to advocate effectively in court and in correspondence.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges within a specialized practice area.
Prior experience in landlord-tenant law, litigation, or property management is a plus, but not required.
