Growing boutique business law, real estate and estate planning firm seeking a Corporate/Transactional Associate Attorney to become part of our tight knit team of highly experienced and competent attorneys handling sophisticated local and national corporate transactions. This position will focus on:

Drafting and reviewing purchase agreements, leases, shareholder agreements, operating agreements and other transactional documents
Conducting research and due diligence and managing transaction timelines and closings
Coordinating with opposing counsel, financial advisors and stakeholders
