Description:
Join the Anti-Big Law FirmLooking for a law firm that actually practices what everyone else preaches about work-life balance? Welcome home.
We're a family-owned law firm that believes exceptional attorneys don't need endless meetings, office politics, or 70-hour workweeks to do incredible work. We're not a stuffy corporate firm—and we're proud of it.
Here's the best part: we already have more business than we can handle. You won't spend your evenings networking, chasing referrals, or worrying about bringing in clients. Our pipeline is full. Your job is simple: deliver outstanding legal work while enjoying a career that fits your life.
We offer reasonable hours, autonomy, and a collaborative team that genuinely enjoys working together. We hire great people, trust them to do what they do best, and stay out of their way.
If you're an attorney who loves practicing law but is burned out by the bureaucracy, pressure, and business development demands of traditional firms, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for.
We're looking for someone who is sharp, driven, client-focused, and takes pride in producing excellent work. In return, you'll join a growing firm where your talent is valued, your time is respected, and your career can thrive—without sacrificing your personal life.
Come practice law again. We'll handle bringing in the clients.
