Job Requirements:
- An active member in good standing with the Georgia State Bar Association

- Fundamental knowledge of case, statutory, regulatory, and common law
- Fundamental knowledge of judicial procedures and the rules of evidence
- Fundamental knowledge of medical record reviews to evaluate the client's injuries.
- Fundamental knowledge in litigation, including drafting pleadings & motions, conducting discovery, depositions & mediations, and developing case strategies/trial preparation.
- Skilled legal analyst:?Combines abilities to interpret legal documents, analyze evidence, and form clear arguments.
- Compelling communicator:?Emphasizes strong oral and written communication for arguments and presentations.
Experience:
- 2 or more years' experience in Georgia Civil Litigation
- Georgia Bar License
