Stark & D'Ambrosio, LLP is a boutique litigation firm located in downtown San Diego. We are looking to hire an ambitious, motivated civil litigation associate with 2-5 years of experience to join our growing team. This position offers the opportunity to develop your legal expertise in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, making a meaningful impact on our clients and firm's success.

Responsibilities include:

Drafting and finalizing pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial briefs
Appearing in court for hearings, motions, and trials
Conducting legal research and developing case strategies
Managing deadlines and billing
Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and experts

Qualifications include:

J.D. from an accredited institution and active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California
Approximately 2-5 years of hands-on experience in civil litigation
Strong analytical and research abilities
Ability to adapt, multitask, and work independently
Detail-oriented, highly organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Extensive experience in all discovery phases
Knowledge of California laws and procedures
