One of San Diego's Top Estate Planning law firms is seeking a quality individual to come be a part of our team! This is a full-time position.

Main responsibilities would include:
  • Meetings with clients to go over services and drafted documents
  • Draft, read, review, and interpret legal documents
  • Prepare probate inventories, court filings and probate/trust administration accountings
  • Produce summaries and accountings
  • Working with clients to set specific deadlines and following up diligently to see necessary tasks through
  • Proficiency with cloud-based applications such as Office, CRM software (Act)
  • Other duties as needed
  • No litigation and no overtime

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of estate planning, probate, and trust administration experience in a law firm
  • In-depth understanding and appreciation of the trust and estate administration process from start to finish
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Spreadsheets
  • California Notary Public a plus
