Description:
One of San Diego's Top Estate Planning law firms is seeking a quality individual to come be a part of our team! This is a full-time position.Candidates should be:

- Able to prioritize, work independently, under pressure, with minimal supervision
Main responsibilities would include:
- Meetings with clients to go over services and drafted documents
- Draft, read, review, and interpret legal documents
- Prepare probate inventories, court filings and probate/trust administration accountings
- Produce summaries and accountings
- Working with clients to set specific deadlines and following up diligently to see necessary tasks through
- Proficiency with cloud-based applications such as Office, CRM software (Act)
- Other duties as needed
- No litigation and no overtime
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of estate planning, probate, and trust administration experience in a law firm
- In-depth understanding and appreciation of the trust and estate administration process from start to finish
- Familiarity with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Spreadsheets
- California Notary Public a plus
