Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs
Assist in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions
Attend client meetings and communicate with clients to provide legal advice
Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies
Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations
Travel within surrounding counties
Maintain accurate and organized case files

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
Minimum 2 -year experience in litigation and writing skills
Proficient in legal drafting and administrative tasks
Ability to conduct thorough legal analysis and provide sound advice
Strong legal research and writing skills
Familiarity with legal research platforms such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
