Our practice areas include employment and labor consultation and litigation; general civil litigation, criminal defense; domestic relations, probate, business and commercial formation, transactions, and litigation; professional malpractice and personal injury litigation; and appellate litigation. Minimum Qualifications:
- Active membership in the Oregon State Bar in good standing;
- Strong work ethic, time management skills, and demonstrated ability to handle a heavy case load;
- Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently;
- Ability to handle a variety of matters simultaneously to meet client demands;
- Our primary current need is for an attorney to do research and writing helping with motion practice, appellate briefing and other similar work.
- Close attention to detail, superior proof-reading skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent oral advocacy, research, writing, communication, and analytical ability; and
- 0-3 years of litigation experience, ideally including drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and trial preparation.
