Responsibilities:
- Manage family law cases: divorce, custody, child support, protective orders, and more.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
- Represent clients in court.
- Build thorough case strategy grounded in complete legal and factual analysis.
- Counsel clients with clarity and honesty.
- Collaborate with a supportive, experienced team.
Qualifications:
- Licensed in Maryland — 2+ years of litigation experience. DC license a plus.
- Family Law background and experience.
- Confident in the courtroom. Precise with the pen. Clear with clients.
- The kind of attorney who goes further than required and can be counted on completely.
- Organized, emotionally intelligent, and level-headed under pressure.
