We are currently seeking a litigation attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a licensed Virginia attorney with courtroom experience, strong written and oral advocacy skills, and a commitment to client-centered service. Spanish-speaking ability is preferred but not required. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated support team in a modern, tech-enabled office environment with a strong focus on professional collaboration, efficiency, and community impact.
The attorney will manage a caseload from intake through resolution, including all phases of litigation: investigation, discovery, motions, depositions, and trial. The position requires regular client interaction, collaboration with paralegals and staff, and courtroom appearances.
