Gorman & Lodermeier, PLC was founded in 1935, and is an established and fast-paced general practice law firm located in Red Wing, Minnesota.We are currently seeking an associate attorney with 0-3 years of experience to join our team. This associate will work closely with partners on family law, civil litigation, and real estate cases. This is a partnership track position with room for growth within the firm.
Applicant should have a “can-do” attitude, be self-motivated, and have strong writing skills. Duties include preparing family law documents, preparing motions, performing research, client contact, representing clients in ADR and settlement negotiations, orders for protection, adoptions, and court appearances.
Applicant must be licensed to practice law in Minnesota, or plan to sit for the July 2026 bar exam. Salary and benefit package will depend on experience level. Please forward cover letter, resume, and any relevant references.
