Commercial litigation, construction, land use development and medical malpractice law firm in Downtown Providence seeks an associate attorney to work in its Litigation, Construction, Land Use and Medical Malpractice practices. Areas of practice include, but are not limited to, construction matters, commercial litigation, business disputes, land use matters, real estate permitting, zoning issues, tax appeals, shareholder and partnership disputes and business-related litigation and insolvencies and medical malpractice litigation.Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience
- Must be licensed to practice law in Rhode Island; candidates licensed in MA as well are preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, research and writing skills
- Must be a team player
