We are looking for an associate attorney that aspires to be a great trial attorney and serve in the best interests of our clients. As an associate, you will support partners on cases and eventually manage your own matters. Your major responsibilities would include:
- Preparing reports for clients
- Managing document discovery
- Taking and defending depositions
- Completing legal research
- Writing motions
- Attending hearings, arbitrations and trials
- Timekeeping and billing
In order to be considered for the position, you must be licensed through the Oregon State Bar (Washington State Bar is a plus), have more than three years of prior civil litigation experience, and prior experience with timekeeping. You must also have strong legal writing and excellent communication skills.
