We are seeking a Associate Attorney with 0-2 years experience in Workers' Compensation to join our boutique law firm. Great working environment and excellent team in place. This role requires excellent research and writing skills, as well as the ability to litigate and negotiate effectively on behalf of clients. The Associate Attorney will work closely with senior attorney(s) and support staff to provide high-quality legal services while maintaining a commitment to client satisfaction.Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the NY bar.
- Prior experience in workers' compensation is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also managing individual responsibilities effectively.
