Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented litigation Associate Attorney to join our legal team. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing comprehensive legal support across a variety of practice areas, including civil litigation, business and corporate law, personal injury law, construction law, wrongful death, and medical malpractice. Your expertise will help ensure our firm delivers exceptional legal services to clients while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough legal research using LexisNexis to support case strategies and legal opinions.
  • Draft clear, precise legal documents such as pleadings, contracts, memoranda, and correspondence.
  • Assist with case preparation by organizing evidence, preparing discovery requests, and managing case files within the law office.
  • Support clients through consultations.
  • Participate in negotiations on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes while maintaining professionalism and strategic focus.
  • Analyze complex legal issue to provide well-informed recommendations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations through ongoing research and professional development activities.
  • Collaborate with team members on litigation strategies and courtroom preparations when necessary.
  • Manage administrative tasks including document review, legal research documentation, and case tracking to ensure efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission in Arizona.
  • Experience or familiarity with multiple practice areas is preferred.
  • Strong research skills utilizing LexisNexis platform for comprehensive legal analysis.
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear and persuasive legal drafting tailored to specific audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
  • Knowledge of legal procedures related to civil matters is advantageous.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities efficiently. Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
