Description:
Rafael Tirado & Associates with an emphasis Immigration law and Personal Injury and seeks an associate attorney. License required. Successful candidate will be one who thrives in courtroom setting and provides good guidance and direction to staff; position provides attorney with valuable experience in court appearances, motion practice and argument, and trying cases. Some travel within Arizona required. Immigration Law experience preferred but not required.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Frequent court appearances for dockets, hearings and trials
- Prepare pleadings, motions and discovery responses
- Legal research and writing
- Review and signing of pleadings
- Review of new cases
Client Intake
Education/Experience and Other Requirements:
- J.D. Degree
- Licensed in AZ preferred
- Experience preferred
- Maintained required continuing legal education as required
