Consideration for the position requires the candidate to be in good standing with the Arizona State Bar.Description: This established Phoenix law firm is seeking an entry level associate attorney with
0-3 years of experience for a full-time position to be assigned cases in the practice areas of family law, criminal defense, personal injury, juvenile, and civil litigation. The position will provide support to other firm attorney's as well as assignment of cases which the attorney will work from intake to disengagement. This is a salaried position that will be determined based on experience with potential for bonuses.
The successful candidate's responsibilities will include legal research, document/pleading composition and editing, file and document management, client communication and management, and appearance for court hearings and trials.
This position requires the candidate have strong communication skills, be a team player with attorneys and staff, ability to think critically and problem solve, a strong sense of organization, and to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. In addition, the candidate should have a high-level of technical abilities and understanding of Apple hardware, Microsoft Office, Google software products, and time management software.
