Duties:

Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and A I to support case strategie.
Draft and review legal documents including, motions, pleadings, and client correspondence with precision and clarity.
Assist in trial preparation by organizing case files, preparing exhibits, and participating in depositions and court proceedings.
Support attorneys in statutory and procedural law research to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
knowlegeable in Pennsylvania civil procedure.
