Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Civil Litigation, and other legal areas. As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal support, conducting research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in various legal proceedings.
Duties:
- Conduct legal research on various topics related to Premises Liability, Automobile Accidents, Dog Bites, Catastrophic Accidents, Errors and Omissions, and other practice areas.
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings.
- Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of legal issues.
- Assist senior attorneys in case preparation and strategy development.
- Manage case files, maintain accurate records, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and teamwork within the firm.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar, in good standing.
- Strong knowledge of Lexis-Nexis for legal research.
- Familiarity with Torts and Contract Law.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
