Pasadena based Bezdik Kassab Law Group is seeking a talented and motivated mid-to-senior level Associate Attorney to join our growing practice and team.

With offices in California and Hawaii, our firm represents local, regional, and national business owners, entrepreneurs, investors, property owners, and nationally recognized brands in a wide range of business, real estate, and complex litigation matters. Our attorneys handle sophisticated transactions, high-stakes disputes, and strategic legal issues that directly impact our clients' businesses and investments. We also represent many clients in complex mass tort lawsuits.

This position is ideal for an attorney who enjoys both litigation and transactional work, values direct client interaction, and is looking for meaningful responsibility and long-term growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse caseload involving business law, real estate law, litigation, and transactional matters
  • Handle business and real estate disputes from pre-litigation through trial, arbitration, mediation, or settlement
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, legal memoranda, and other litigation-related filings
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis
  • Appear in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, purchase agreements, leases, operating agreements, corporate governance documents, and other transactional documents
  • Advise clients on business formation, corporate governance, risk management, commercial transactions, and real estate matters
  • Collaborate on complex mass tort matters and other significant litigation
  • Communicate directly with clients and provide practical, business-oriented legal advice
  • Develop case and transaction strategy and proactively identify legal and business risks
  • Take ownership of matters and drive projects forward with minimal supervision

Qualifications:
  • Active California Bar license in good standing
  • 4+ years of relevant experience preferred
  • Strong demonstrated interest in business and real estate law
  • Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills
  • Strong drafting and negotiation abilities
  • Experience independently managing matters and client relationships
  • Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-oriented
