Description:
Are you waiting for bar results or recently admitted?Want to run your own docket and gain more courtroom experience in 6 months than most associates get in 6 years?
Want to master the complex world of planned community real estate law?
We are looking for Recent Graduates to join our Team. Waiting for bar exam results? Are you a licensed attorney but have yet to see a Courtroom or show what you can do?
Let's be honest: law school doesn't teach you everything you need to know to practice law and get real world knowledge. Many entry-level legal jobs mean spending two years trapped in a basement doing research or document review. How do you get experience if you never get to practice?
We do things differently. Here is what your first year looks like with us:
- Real Trial Experience: You will lead docket calls, negotiate settlements, and advocate before Judges under the direct mentorship of senior attorneys. We don't have a basement. You will be going to Court.
- Are You an Aspiring Transactional Attorney: When people think of HOA and condo law, they often think of neighbor disputes. But we know the truth: this is sophisticated corporate law wrapped in real estate. We advise our community association clients on high-stakes operations, governance, and structural real estate issues. This involves complicated advisory and problem solving work. You won't just be drafting standard contracts. You will be interpreting decades-old declarations and association agreements, all through the framework of complicated state law and guiding boards through complex fiduciary duties.
- Built-in Support Engine: Our dedicated team of paralegals help assist on files! You will never go alone as you have an entire team working with you to succeed and the team is always available to lend support, whether it is before, during or after your hearings, meetings and client events.
- Business-to-Business Focus: We represent landlords, property management groups, and community associations helping them protect their real estate investments and navigate complex federal, state and local regulations. You will be part of a team dedicated to helping our clients make their communities better places to live.
- Predictable Boundaries: We value sustainable practice methods. Our volume is driven by smart systems and knowledgeable staff. We know that our clients can experience legal problems at any time. With the power of teamwork and smart practice protocols, we handle matters after hours with efficiency!
