Our growing estate planning law firm is seeking a motivated Estate Planning Attorney to assist in developing and implementing estate plans for our clients. Our practice focuses on helping individuals and couples—many in or nearing retirement—create thoughtful and comprehensive estate plans.Responsibilities:
- Draft and review estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives)
- Conduct client meetings to review and explain estate planning recommendations
- Assist with document execution and ensure accuracy of completed plans
- Collaborate with paralegals and staff to maintain efficient workflow
- This role includes meeting with clients to discuss planning goals and explaining recommendations in clear, easy-to-understand terms.
- Analyze client information and recommend appropriate planning strategies

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
- 1+ years of estate planning experience preferred (wills, trusts, and client meetings). Probate or trust administration experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and client communication skills
- Professional, organized, and client-focused
