Morrison Law Group is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling family law matters and feel confident managing cases independently while collaborating with the firm's attorneys as needed. Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel on a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, support, spousal maintenance, and property division.
- Interview, advise, and represent clients throughout the legal process with compassion and clarity.
- Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and court documents.
- Participate in negotiations, mediations, and litigation as needed.
- Advocate for clients in court with professionalism and confidence.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and team members.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Member in good standing of the Utah Bar (or eligible for admission).
- Minimum 3 years of experience practicing family law.
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Professional, empathetic, and client-centered approach.
Compensation:
$95,000 - $120,000
