Oakland-based general litigation law firm seeking an associate with 2+ years of experience.Wong & Associates is a boutique law firm providing legal representation to SF Bay Area communities (primarily to the Chinese-American community) for over 40 years in a wide range of practice areas from personal injury, civil disputes, family law, landlord-tenant, estate planning, criminal defense to real estate and commercial litigation.
Our ideal candidate would have excellent research and writing skills, effective oral advocacy skills, and an aptitude for litigation. A major plus is substantial trial practice and motion practice experience. Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese or both) is preferred. Candidates MUST be licensed to practice in California.

- Licensed to practice law in California
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Aptitude for litigation
- Trial practice and motion practice experience is a plus
