Kennedy & Collins Co., LPA, a well-established and growing general practice firm in Norton, Ohio, seeks a motivated and hard-working attorney to fill an immediate opening as an associate attorney, with growth potential. The attorney who fulfills this position will work full time and primarily provide services to our clients in the areas of civil litigation/personal injury, family law and criminal law, and may also be asked to provide support in our other areas of practice, including real estate, estate planning, and bankruptcy. The ideal candidate is someone with a proven track record of competence, strong writing skills and productivity. Experience is preferred, but we will provide training and support to the exceptional recent graduate, who has passed the bar or has results pending. A local resident with community involvement in the Barberton, Norton, Wadsworth area is a plus. Salary commensurate with experience. We offer a positive work/life balance and full benefits.
