Our attorneys include Texas Board Certified specialists in Estate Planning and Probate Law, a distinction held by fewer than 1% of Texas attorneys.We are seeking an Associate Attorney with at least two years of legal experience to join our growing team. Prior experience in estate planning or probate is welcome but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong legal skills, professionalism, and a desire to develop a long-term practice in this area.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients and provide legal guidance.
- Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, correspondence, and agreements.
- Manage cases from intake through resolution.
- Attend court hearings, mediations, and client meetings.
- Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues.
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure exceptional client service.
- Maintain organized case files and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
- Minimum of two years of legal experience in any practice area.
- Strong writing, research, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Professional demeanor and commitment to client service.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Estate planning, probate, litigation, family law, real estate, or transactional experience is a plus but not required.
