Our boutique criminal and civil litigation law firm is located in downtown Nashville. We are seeking an Associate Attorney with a passion and talent for defense.

Our primary focus areas are:

Federal criminal and civil litigation defense
Complex state civil litigation
State criminal defense with a niche in domestic assault and orders of protection

We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience in complex litigation. Excellent research and writing skills are a must. This Associate will handle their own case load, as well as second chair the managing partner on other cases. We are a collaborative entity, so the ability to work as a team is important. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants to get into the courtroom more often and wants the opportunity to be involved in complex and interesting defense cases. We are not a high-volume firm so that we can every case like it's the top priority. Extreme diligence is expected. We leave no stone unturned for our clients.

Training & Mentoring:
You can expect immediate training in trial preparation and immediate courtroom experience on our criminal and civil litigation cases. You will be supported by two paralegals and additional full-time support staff. You will have the resources, support, and time to be the most knowledgeable and prepared professional in the courtroom for every client, every time.
