Job Purpose:
The associate attorney manages all aspects of their defined set of personal injury cases by providing efficient case management, proficiency at litigation and excellent communication with clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Evaluating leads
- Active case management
- Effective and empathetic client communication
- Drafting demands
- Answering written discovery
- Effectively and thoroughly conducting depositions
- Motion practice and trial work
- Networking and case origination
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor, licensed to practice in the state of Tennessee
- 5+ years experience in plaintiff personal injury practice
- High attention to detail
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Personal accountability, tenacity and follow-through
- Team-oriented and positive personality
- Professional communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong typing skills
- Savvy in navigating web-based applications
- Spanish-speaking a plus
Salary:
