As an Associate Attorney, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional legal counsel, conducting thorough research, preparing court motions and depositions, and engaging directly with clients. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies across various practice areas.
- Draft and review legal documents including motions, pleadings, and client correspondence with precision and clarity.
- Prepare for trial by organizing evidence, developing case theories, and assisting with trial preparation activities.
- Manage legal case files efficiently using case management software; ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Participate in court depositions and assist attorneys during litigation proceedings to gather pertinent information.
- Provide legal counsel to clients by explaining complex legal concepts clearly and professionally.
- Support negotiations with opposing counsel on settlement agreements or other legal matters to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Conduct statutory and procedural legal research to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations across jurisdictions.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to update them on case progress and gather necessary information for case development.

- PA and NJ bar admissions
- Excellent research skills utilizing LexisNexis and Westlaw platforms to gather relevant case law and statutory information.
- Proven ability in legal writing—including drafting motions, pleadings, and client communications—with clarity and professionalism.
- Effective negotiation skills to advocate for clients' interests during settlement discussions or contractual negotiations.
- Familiarity with court procedures including depositions, trial preparation, motion filing, and procedural laws across jurisdictions.
- Experience in handling personal injury cases or employment disputes is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new practice areas or evolving legal requirements through continuous learning.
