- Manage cases from intake through resolution
- Appear before assessment boards and related courts for hearings, trials, and appeals
- Draft pleadings, motions, reports, briefs, and other legal documents
- Provide regular client communication and case updates
- Engage in settlements negotiations
- Maintain accurate case files and billing records
Requirements:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing in New Jersey
- A Pennsylvania license is a plus
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently while collaborating with a team
- Established property tax litigation firm with a strong reputation in the market
