We are a boutique law firm. We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 0 to 4 years of experience to join our Team. We focus our practice on litigation and transactional cases in Probate, Guardianship, Real Estate, and Estate Planning.

We're looking for a passionate, driven, and compassionate attorney to contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding service. Associate Attorney must be organized and highly motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must be dependable, reliable, organized, team player, considerate, self-motivated, and proactive. Must possess strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.

Your responsibilities will include supporting clients in matters mainly, probate, guardianships, and estate planning; working on a variety of cases as you develop professionally in an enviornment of mentorship and client centered service; and assist in implementing and developing legal strategies for clients.

You will be conducting legal research and drafting, proofreading, and finalizing legal memoranda, briefs, motions, pleadings, contracts and estate planning documents, and will handle probate and guardianship administration, and litigation from start to finish. You will Attend court proceedings (in person and via Zoom) to represent clients under supervision.

Must be FULLY BILINGUAL (English and Spanish). Position available immediately.
