Title Stream, LLC is looking to add a full-time Associate Attorney to our Mandeville office, serving the Northshore. The ideal candidate is organized, has a warm demeanor, and brings a natural inclination toward customer service. No prior experience in this field is necessary, as we provide a complete in-house training program.Your Responsibilities:
- Maintain ownership and customer support throughout the life of a file, including managing operations staff with tasks needed to complete the file
- Prepare documents and packages for closings and recording
- Conduct real estate closings
- Perform legal and curative title work
- Complete our in-house training program
What We're Looking For:
- Active license to practice law in the State of Louisiana
- Residence in the Northshore area
- Strong organizational skills
- Warm, customer-focused demeanor
- No prior experience in real estate law required
Salary:
$55,000–$70,000/year
