A Full-Service Law Firm is a general litigation law firm located in Lyndhurst, New Jersey. We are privileged to represent and defend public entities and public officials throughout the State of New Jersey.We are looking add dynamic, hard-working attorneys to our team. The right candidate for our firm is one who is bright, eager, energetic, and detail oriented. You must be an attorney who has pride in their work and in their work product. The attorney should have knowledge of the Court Rules and Rules of Evidence.
If you are selected, your job will require you to engage in the following tasks:
- Draft pleadings, motions and briefs to be filed in State Court and Federal Court.
- Appear in Federal and State Court to argue motions, participate in arbitrations, mediations, conferences and trials, if necessary.
- Take depositions of parties, witnesses, medical experts and liability experts;
- Be responsible for serving discovery and filing relevant motions.
- Communicate directly with the clients to ensure that they are properly informed about the status of their cases.
- Engage in investigations for allegations of sexual harassment and discrimination.
- Provide Anti-Harassment and Anti-Discrimination training to our public entity employees.
The candidate must be in good standing, licensed in the State of New Jersey with exceptional legal research and writing skills. Litigation experience is necessary.
