Position Summary:
New attorneys are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 1 years of proven litigation experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in special education matters, from inception to mediations,
  • Oversee and grow the personal injury department, including case strategy, client communication, and litigation management.
  • Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda.
  • Represent clients in court, administrative hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
  • Collaborate with clients, experts, and other legal professionals to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Manage case files from intake through resolution.
