Position Summary:
New attorneys are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 1 years of proven litigation experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in special education matters, from inception to mediations,
Oversee and grow the personal injury department, including case strategy, client communication, and litigation management.
Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence.
Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda.
Represent clients in court, administrative hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
Collaborate with clients, experts, and other legal professionals to achieve favorable outcomes.
Manage case files from intake through resolution.
