Qualifications:
- 3+ years Workers' Compensation Defense experience
- Experience handling case load of 85-95 case-in-chief files
- Strong critical thinking, written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time to meet client guidelines and deadlines
- Professionalism under pressure and good interpersonal skills
This position will require travel within the Greater Southern California WCAB court region for trials. This position also offers medical benefits, parking, car and phone allowance.
