Description:
The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of experience in
Civil Litigation as an associate who can handle law & motions,
discovery, court appearances and mediations. Practice areas include
Sports and Recreations, Construction Defect, Government Entity,
Healthcare, Transportation, Entertainment and General Liability.
Experience with electronic billing and billable hours for insurance
carriers is helpful. There are good benefits including 401k eligibility,
healthcare coverage, paid parking, bonuses for work over minimum
required hours, business bonus for new business brought in, and paid Bar
dues. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
