As a A Class Action & Mass Tort Defense Law Firm attorney, you'll have the opportunity to gain further trial experience and work directly with these top attorneys, learning from their expertise.

Responsibilities:

This role strongly focuses on: Automotive Litigation; Catastrophic Injuries; General Liability; Premises Liability; and Product Liability.
Opportunity to try cases.
Hone/develop litigation skills, learning from ABOTA attorneys.
Able to handle own cases and interact with clients.
Handle initial analysis, depositions, discovery, mediation, and trial.

Requirements:

J.D. from an accredited law school and current good standing with the California State bar.
2+ years experience in Litigation; Catastrophic Injuries; General Liability; Premises Liability; or Product Liability.
Interested in trial work. Prior trial experience preferred.
Automotive litigation experience is a huge plus.
Demonstrable experience researching, analyzing, deposing, and handling cases.
Detail-oriented with excellent writing, communication, and case analysis abilities.
Proficient with the latest trends and best practices in litigation.
