Responsibilities:
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements
  • Case management and preparation for hearings, trials, and depositions
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and arguments
  • Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation or alternative dispute resolution processes
  • Represent clients in court proceedings and effectively litigate cases
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation
  • Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and legal precedents

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to practice law in the state of Arkansas
  • Experience with legal drafting and preparing legal documents
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

We would prefer to hire an individual with a minimum of 1 year of family law litigation experience, but are open to other types of experience!
