The Role:
We are seeking a disciplined and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our practice. The successful candidate will support the firm's partners in a wide variety of legal matters, ranging from civil litigation, transactional work, estate planning, and corporate transactions. This position offers a significant opportunity for professional development, career advancement, and direct client engagement within a structured and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting legal research and providing strategic recommendations.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of legal documents including Wills & Trusts, pleadings, memoranda, and correspondence.
  • Appearances in District and Circuit Courts in the Central Kentucky area. Federal Licensure is not immediately required.
  • Manage processes from inception through resolution, including client intake, discovery, depositions, motions, and courtroom proceedings.
  • Maintaining consistent communication with clients and opposing counsel.
  • Assisting with trial preparation and attending trials.
  • Assistance with complex transactional matters.
  • Maintain meticulous records of legal activities and case progressions to ensure accuracy and accountability.

  • Kentucky Bar License.
