The Role:We are seeking a disciplined and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our practice. The successful candidate will support the firm's partners in a wide variety of legal matters, ranging from civil litigation, transactional work, estate planning, and corporate transactions. Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal research and providing strategic recommendations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of legal documents including Wills & Trusts, pleadings, memoranda, and correspondence.
- Appearances in District and Circuit Courts in the Central Kentucky area. Federal Licensure is not immediately required.
- Manage processes from inception through resolution, including client intake, discovery, depositions, motions, and courtroom proceedings.
- Maintaining consistent communication with clients and opposing counsel.
- Assisting with trial preparation and attending trials.
- Assistance with complex transactional matters.
- Maintain meticulous records of legal activities and case progressions to ensure accuracy and accountability.

- Kentucky Bar License.
