Associate Attorney – Employment Discrimination (Discovery to Trial Preparation)Lunceford Law Firm, led by David Lunceford (40+ jury trials in 25 years), seeks an associate attorney to help build employment discrimination cases from discovery through critical pretrial stages. Responsibilities include reviewing documents; drafting interrogatories and requests for production; preparing golden rule letters; filing motions to compel; taking and preparing for depositions; calling and coordinating witnesses; and responding to summary judgment motions. The associate will track billing time accurately, manage deadlines, and plan case work efficiently. Strong writing skills are essential, including the ability to write clearly and persuasively. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively, arrives early to meetings, and is willing to stay late as needed to ensure deadlines are met. This role is designed to develop trial-ready competence—comfortable and effective in both the office and the courtroom.
