Las Vegas Estate Planning and Probate firm looking for an Associate Attorney who has a passion for helping others. 2-5 years of experience in Estate Planning and Probate preferred. Must be licensed to practice in Nevada. An LLM (tax) or advanced degree, or comparable experience is preferred, but not required.The Ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting client consultations and gathering relevant information while providing legal advice and guidance to clients in preparation of their estate planning documents. Additionally, candidate will guide beneficiaries through the probate process, while providing exceptional customer service and compassion. Heavy client communications/interactions. Great team environment and support.
