The law firm of Hayes | Wakayama | Juan is seeking a full-time litigation associate with preferred 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation and an active Nevada bar license to add to our boutique firm. Preferred candidates should have prior experience with court appearances, written discovery and depositions, exceptional writing and legal research skills, and a strong commitment to client satisfaction. Any experience with estate planning, probate, guardianship, or personal injury is also desirable.
