What we are looking for.The ideal candidate would be interested in practice areas including but not limited to Family Law, Estate Planning, and Civil Litigation. Book of business preferred but not required.
Job Duties.
- Drafting pleadings, discovery, and related filings.
- Filing documents with the proper court.
- Development and management of cases.
- Meet with clients.
- Attend court hearings.
Qualifications.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar association.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Prior experience in litigation is preferred but not required.
