Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and other legal documents
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, depositions, or negotiations as needed
- Review and analyze contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing with the Wisconsin Bar
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Professional demeanor and a commitment to ethical practice
