Description:
We are seeking an attorney for a growing law firm at our New York City office. The applicant should have experience in at least one of the following areas of practice, including real estate law, landlord-tenant law, or commercial litigation.Must be comfortable with handling in-person court appearances and drafting motions, memoranda, and settlement agreements. If no court appearance expericence, then applicant must have eagerness to learn on the job.
Must be in-office full-time and display interest and motivation to learn and grow with our office. Pay commensurate with experience.
Qualifications:
- Strong research skills, including proficiency in LexisNexis and Westlaw
- Excellent legal writing and drafting abilities
- Negotiation and litigation experience preferred
- Legal filing experience is a plus
