Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various areas of law, including but not limited to real estate and property law, business law, and estate planning or administration. This role requires excellent legal drafting skills and the ability to conduct thorough research. The Associate Attorney will play a crucial role in supporting our clients through effective legal counsel.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
Draft legal documents, including estate planning documents, contracts, pleadings and briefs.
Assist in the estate planning process by meeting with clients.
Provide legal advice to clients on various matters related to their matters.
Collaborate with senior attorney on complex cases and contribute to case strategy discussions.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas.
Represent clients in court proceedings as needed.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of Tennessee law and regulations.
Proficiency in legal drafting with attention to detail.
Familiarity with real estate law principles and practices.
Ability to conduct thorough research using various legal resources.
Background in either a real estate or estate planning practices is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
