Job Duties:
- Appear in court frequently for temporary hearings, motions, conferences, and trials.
- Co-manage a diverse caseload with a strong emphasis on courtroom work, with day one responsibilities.
- Collaborate daily with a team of attorneys and professionals to ensure seamless case handling and courtroom coverage.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and separation agreements.
- Guide clients directly through sensitive legal matters with empathy, professionalism, and clear communication.
Requirements:
- Active license to practice law in Missouri (open to pending bar results for the right candidate).
- Exceptional multi-tasking skills to seamlessly handle shifting priorities and a fast-moving schedule.
- Strong work ethic and resilience, with a passion for courtroom litigation and active client advocacy.
- Team-first mentality to split case responsibilities and share coverage with your peers.
