We are an established real estate law firm with offices across California. Our Irvine office is looking for a Landlord Tenant Attorney to join our fast-paced team. If chosen as the successful candidate, you will be working closely with our clients (large statewide property management companies) to provide legal advice addressing tenancy issues, , assessing the viability of evictions, reviewing client records and procedures to advise and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.About Us:

Responsibilities:
- Review documents and guide clients through the the eviction process
- Provide legal advice through phone consultations, emails, and video conferences
- Draft legal correspondence, including letters and notices
- Litigate unlawful detainer trials in Orange County, Riverside, and San Bernardino courts
- Draft pre-trial motions and pleadings
- Complete project-based work and additional duties as needed to support the practice group
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- J.D. and an active California Bar license
- 2+ years of civil litigation experience
- General knowledge of civil litigation and landlord-tenant law
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Jury trial experience
- Experience in the rental housing industry
- Affordable housing experience
- Lexis/Westlaw experience
- ProLaw experience
