Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our team. This position is ideal for a recent law school graduate or an attorney with up to two years of experience who is eager to build a strong foundation in private practice. You'll work closely with experienced attorneys and gain exposure to a variety of legal areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing client cases from intake through resolution
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda
- Participate in discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
- Attend court hearings and client meetings
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy and case development
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Indiana (or awaiting bar results)
- Strong legal writing and research skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Prior internship, clerkship, or clinical experience
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a supportive team environment
